Fitting day
Dust sheets down by 8am, water back on by late afternoon on a standard swap. Old boiler and packaging go with us.

Boiler installation FAQs
How long does a boiler swap take?
Most like-for-like boiler replacements are completed in a single day. Larger jobs, such as relocating the boiler or converting from a conventional system, can take a little longer. We’ll explain the timescale before any work begins.
How long will I be without heating?
For a straightforward boiler replacement, you’ll usually only be without heating and hot water on the day of the installation. We’ll get everything back up and running as quickly as possible and let you know in advance if we expect any longer interruption.
Which boilers do you fit?
We install a range of trusted manufacturers, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Ideal. We’ll recommend the right boiler based on your home, heating needs and budget—not on what’s most expensive.
What if you find a problem mid-job?
If we uncover anything unexpected, we’ll stop, explain the issue and talk you through your options before carrying out any additional work. There are no surprise bills or work carried out without your approval.
Is the old boiler taken away?
Yes. We’ll remove your old boiler along with any waste and packaging, leaving everything clean and tidy before we leave.
